- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on size of audience, distance to travel and amount of time for presentation. For coaching, it is by the individual session. Coaching is so important for individuals to realize their potential that I do my best to make coaching affordable for all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important that we know that we are a good match for services. Through a series of questions about the topic and company, this can be easily determined. If coaching, it is the same process. I offer a 15 minute session with no charge which will give you an opportunity to clarify what you expectations are from a coach and identify your desired goals for coaching.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a doctorate in education and counseling psychology and earned my CSP-certified speaking professional designation from the National Speakers Association. I was president of the Los Angeles Chapter. I had a private practice in Florida and have been working with clients for over 35 years with great success. I have been training and speaking on customer service, communication, change & balance for over 30 years both nationally and internationally.
