My biggest goal is to ensure any job gets done to the expectations and standards of my clients because without my customers, I wouldn't have a job. I have worked in many fields of different trades to master my own personal craft in order to deliver only the friendliest, most efficient, and nothing but perfect outcomes on any job for all customers. I have a passion for being able to bring other peoples dreams to life through any job from kitchen remodeling, landscaping, fence installation, bathroom remodeling to additions to existing homes, outdoor patios, sunrooms, and minor masonry. On the Marc contracting was excellent they did a fabulous job working on my 2 bedroom home. Not only did they have an excellent, open line of communication but they went above and beyond and i so appreciated their time and effort. Now I feel comfortable enough to put my home on the market. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As of right now, I am unable to offer any discounts on pricing but as the company becomes established, pricing will fluctuate. As far as maintenance, I can offer 25% off for any minor repairs, cleaning, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When introducing myself and my business to new customers, I take the hands on approach, after getting an idea of what they would like, I visit their property and like to go over every specific detail related to their project. Things that shouldn't be an issue, things that may pose a difficulty, will any gates be installed, the grade of their land, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a few years of General Contracting experience, I also have roughly 5 years of relevant experience working as a Fence Erector.
