Thank you for considering our services. I have 7+ years of experience managing , cleaning, maintenancing, and rehabbing houses and apartments. I had a short term rental company that I ran for 5 years which my staff and I personally cleaned, maintained, and remodeled 5 one bedroom apartments and 2 houses which I ran as short term rentals. I have since sold those units and now my wife and I are providing our services to those in the area who need them. I can pretty much do anything when it comes to taking care of a house and property! What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by expert insulation installers with 10 years + doing that type of work. For any other field or area of expertise, I learned through experience and through watch many YouTube videos. If there is a job that I am unsure of or that I might need some help, I will call my list of sub contractors to come and help.
