FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most contractors will give an estimated price, when the job is done, you may end up paying more. But if the jobs gets done sooner or lower in cost then expected then the contractor will still charge the original amount. I don’t do business like that. You will never pay more then estimated and if it gets done faster or materials ended up being less, then you will receive a discount on your final payment. I also give many discounts based on a wide variety of factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know the customer, being able to sit down and talk about what they want done so that I can come up with game plan on how we can make their home as beautiful as they dreamed and for a price that makes everyone happy. I am alway flexible and willing to negotiate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in and around the trades of all types since I was 8 years old, but over the last four or five years I have been a painters apprentice to a 30 year master journey man. I have learned the skills and techniques to get the job done, as well as having learned about products, dry times, and competitive rate. And now I’m bringing you the high quality work without the high quality price tag.
