Introduction: I am a NC Licensed General Contractor lic. 57186 I have built in 7 states. From Houses to Hotels, Commercial Buildings to Churches. I have been in the field of construction from the time I was 18 years old, and that's 41 years. I have almost every tool and working knowledge of those tools. I do everything from new House construction to additions to decks and fences. Restorations are done and I have a degree in architectural design and drafting. I have done commercial and residential work. I am aware of codes and I have the book. I live in NC with my wife of 30+ years, our 4 children & 3 grandchildren whom all live in NC.
