- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing structure varies depending on specific needs and goals. My services run the spectrum from basic, general strength training program design to sport-specific functional program design and nutritional advice. I will assure any person interested in hiring a personal trainer that my rates are exactly in line with the average rates in this region of North Carolina. I make it a practice to routinely research the industry trends for pricing so I always quote a fair price to my clients, while also ensuring that I give 100% effort in order to fairly earn my rate. When you hire me to help you reach your goals, and you make a financial commitment with your hard-earned money, I do not take that for granted. I want you to leave every session with 100% certainty that your investment in your health is also an investmant in me. I will honor that by giving you the value you expect and deserve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with an initial fitness assessment where I assess your baseline flexibility, stability, mobility, and strength. I will also ask you to complete a fitness and wellness profile that I created (not a free template from the internet). This profile acts as a critical piece of information for your fitness! We discuss things such as fitness in your youth, teens, and current time. We discuss nutrition, motivation, roadblocks, fears, and I ask you to be 100% forthright so we can find out exactly where you are today, where you want to go, and what the road map will look like to get you there! This assessment is followed by a free 30-minute session, so I can show you what a session will look like and feel like, to get to know you even better. You should know what it feels like to have me as your trainer before making that decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Exercise Science. ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2012. Highschool and junior high coach for boys, girls, and co-ed basketball, softball, and flag football. Division I scholarship athlete.
