- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give free 30 minute discovery and/or consulting phone calls. I give discounts on services for any new client referrals. I will provide a diagnostic review of your accounting books and will waive the fee, if the client signs on for monthly bookkeeping services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I like to exchange phone numbers so we can have a phone conversation (free consultation). 2. Then I ask them what kind of services they need and to explain what their pain points are within their business. 3. I will ask them further clarifying questions to make sure I understand their needs. 4. Then I will give the potential new customer a quote for services needed. 5. If they agree to the price, I will send them a contract to be signed via email. The services that I will provide will be detailed within the contract, along with the quote for my services. 6. Once the contract has signed and the date has been agreed upon for my services to begin, I will send the new customer all of the documents I will need to begin working with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor's degree from Pfeiffer University. Also, I have my Master's degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Recently, I just got certified as a Quickbooks Pro Advisor.
