I had a different company come out to diagnose a refrigerator that wasn't cooling, and they basically poked it with a stick and decided it needed thousands of dollars in parts and labor. Enter Paul and AAA Appliance Repair to the rescue. They were incredibly fast to respond, thoroughly diagnosed the problem, and were able to fix it that day for less then a fifth the cost of what the first company quoted. Even if they had come to the same conclusion and it did need all those parts, I would still have gone with AAA Appliance based on their attention to detail and efforts to find the best solution without taking advantage of the situation. It's tough to find good people that do good work, but AAA Appliance just became my first call for all future repairs.

Paul and Alex were very responsive and professional and more than willing to listen to my needs and make sure I was happy with their service and I was. They hauled away my old dishwasher and even handled removing and reattaching the baseboard in order to install the new dishwasher as it’s a tight fit. Would hire again for other appliance and carpentry work.

So like many of the reviews here my experience was very positive. I don't typically leave reviews unless the work was exceptional and in this case it qualifies. I won't hesitate to contact AAA Appliance Repair again. Very quick to respond and then came out to work immediately. The job I needed was complicated and they worked on my microwave for 5 hours straight. For what was done the price was very reasonable and I personally appreciated all of it. If you are debating between repair companies choose AAA Appliance Repair.
