I’ve used BK twice. Once to fix my refrigerator and once to repair my dishwasher. He is very nice, professional, does great work, is honest, and his prices are fair. He is very efficient and is a nice guy. I would recommend him if you need something repaired.

I have used Fuse a few times - super satisfied each time. The installed my HVAC system originally, never had any issues. Then they were really the only HVAC company that was willing and able to work with my contractor when we remodeled and added on to my home. They were super patient with us as our project dragged on for more than a year, always doing their bit on time. They always provided thorough info to let us make good choices. Our tech Alex always was thoughtful with our home and was super easy to work with.

You guys should let customers know that you replace entire units and do not repair. In my case, the technician did not know what was wrong with my unit and wanted to make another visit on a warmer day to diagnose for free. Upon looking at my unit, he said a complete replacement is recommended.

The technician explained to you that you have a freon leak in the system and in order to understand where, you need to return to warm weather. The technician explained to you that in your case it is necessary to replace both the external and internal units, since your system runs on R22 freon (OLD SYSTEM). after the technician told you that a replacement was needed, you in turn replied that you were not going to change it and call your friend. It’s not very clear why exactly we disappointed you, but in any case we apologize to you!
