Normally, I don't write reviews, but in this case, I must comment on the service that I received from Paul. First, Paul was very responsive to my questions. Next, he arrived exactly within the window that he said that he was going to arrive. He actually was kind/patient enough to wait on me to arrive as there was lots of construction traffic on the road. Third, Paul provides friendly, professional service with master locksmith level quality . I will definitely call Paul back if I have other locking needs and/or appliance installation needs. 10 out of 10.
