- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have straight forward pricing and will provide proposals that include everything you get with final pricing. No guessing games when it comes to your project!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with setting up a time that works best for your schedule to meet with one of our Comfort Advisors. The advisor will thoroughly access your home and go through the options that best fits your situation while answering any questions you may have. The advisor will finalize the job with you and walk you through what to expect during installation. Our install team will promptly and professionally install your brand new equipment while treating your home as their own! We ensure the job is correctly done by sending our qualified field supervisor to inspect the install. We ensure that you've had a great experience and that you are completely satisfied with our work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our HVAC technicians have completed a combination of formal technical education, manufacturer training, and hands-on field experience related to heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical systems, troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair. Many have completed HVAC trade school programs, OSHA safety training, EPA Section 608 certification, and ongoing continuing education to stay current with industry standards and equipment.
