Our diagnostic fee is $110, which covers a thorough inspection and assessment of your HVAC system to identify the issue. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden fees, and our estimates include all necessary materials and labor. Additionally, we provide seasonal promotions and maintenance plans to help customers save on long-term service needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Request & Consultation – Customers can contact us via phone, email, or Thumbtack to describe their HVAC issue or request a quote. 2.On-Site Diagnosis – We conduct a detailed inspection, provide an assessment, and discuss repair or installation options. 3.Estimate & Approval – We provide a written estimate with a clear breakdown of costs, and no work begins without customer approval. 4.Service Execution – Once approved, we perform the repair or installation, ensuring everything is up to code and properly tested. 5.Follow-Up & Maintenance – We offer post-service follow-ups and maintenance recommendations to keep systems running efficiently.
