- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first priorities are to access the equipment in the home for any concerns or needs, the homeowner's comfort needs, and what is the best solution for them. Our in-house Call-Center will schedule a visit with one of our experienced technicians to come out and inspect your system and review everything in order to find the best solution for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a dedicated training team that focuses on a combination hands on and classroom training. Our new team members are given all the tools they need to practice and develop their skills. We have dedicated conversational skill training onsite, offsite, and virtually throughout the year. All team members have regular team meetings and training sessions for review and upskill opportunities.
