After a routine checkup we discovered it was time for a new heating and air system. Robert, one of the senior managers, came by personally to discuss our options and suggest a system that would satisfy our wants and needs. A few days later two technicians, Nick and Wriston, came to install, check and instruct us on how to use the new system. The whole process flowed seamlessly. We're very happy with the product we chose, the installation done, and the system's efficiency.

Chad Moore did an outstanding job of service maintenance on my HVAC system! Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy. He performed the various maintenance tasks and showed me his report, which included all the items he checked, with an accompanying photo of each and an easy-to-read indicator of whether the item passed inspection. The best report of its kind I have seen. After performing the maintenance checks, Chad spent time to discuss all my questions and concerns. He was patient and took the time needed to answer all my questions. In the past, I have had three other local companies perform seasonal HVAC service maintenance on my unit, and in my opinion, Chad Moore from Horne HVAC Charlotte is the most trustworthy and does the best job. Thank you!

I had the best experience today with Horne Heating and air conditioning. Horne sent out two amazing technicians, Matt, M and Nick M to install a brand new HVAC unit. These gentlemen were professional, friendly and could answer all of my questions. They treated my home and myself with the utmost respect. My house is now cool and comfortable. I would recommend requesting both of these gentlemen as well as Horne for your air conditioning needs.

My mother had a membership with Horne for many years, and when she passed away, I (as her daughter) helped get her home organized and ready to sell. When I notified Horne that there would be changes to her account, I spoke with a wonderfully friendly woman name Lona.In the grieving process, there is so much to do that you can't really prepare for and you just have to figure it out along the way. The people who are especially kind during this time are memorable. Lona is one of those people for me; she was supportive and personable. She was helpful when I needed information on Mom's furnace and AC systems, and she was patient when I had questions.In fact, because of Mom's membership with Horne, her home systems were in great shape and we had years of maintenance records and detailed system info to present to the buyers when Mom's house went on the market. All in all, my experience with Horne and especially Lona showed me how a business relationship should be - there were no automated calls, no missed appts, no fuzzy maintenance records - everything was in pristine condition and Lona was the bright light in it all. Theo and Nick did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system. The entire process took about four hours, and they were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient throughout. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.What really impressed me was how clean they left the spaceevery bit of debris was cleared away! Their attention to detail and respect for our home did not go unnoticed.
