They identified a problem that needed to be fixed before we could use it again. We asked if we fixed it, would we be able to use it again right away as we wanted it available for Christmas Eve. We were told yes. So we scheduled the fix. Only after they did the repair and were getting paid did they tell us there was a 72 hour waiting period. Had we known that up front we would have not bothered before Christmas to worry about it. I will find other ways to fix the remaining pieces on my own rather than bring them back.Dec 22, 2016Verified
