Dawit was very good to work with. He was given a complex issue and was able to do the best he could over a few days. He offered alternative solutions. He's sincere and honest in his approach and will make sure you are satisfied with his solution. He has the expertise to fix issues if it's within his domain. My PC is performing as well as when it was brand new. He called several times during the process to keep me informed of issues. He found and removed 716 threats from the computer so obviously there were a number of issues. Very happy with time, quality, and cost.
