Great service. Great communication. Always on time and very flexible. Very, very friendly, great with digs and willing to go to store and tidy up some as well. Hire them asap. SteveJun 25, 2015VerifiedHappy Tailz PetCare's reply
Thank you Steven, my first Thumbtack customer!

Melody was the perfect sitter for me. She is patient; listens to me ramble about my pets and their habits and responds to my concerns since I have (1) dog who is elderly, (1) slowly getting elderly, and (1) who is needy (all rescues). It is hard for me to leave them when business causes me to travel since they are not as vigorous as they used to be with health issues. I feel just after one visit, she will take great care of them.Sep 2, 2015Verified

Melody loves all of my fur babies! She does a great job with my pups. Especially my overly hyper puppy.May 5, 2018Verified

The cats LOVE her. When she came for a meet and greet, even our shy guy greeted her,and both were showing off playing ball, which they only do with us. She is calm, friendly , reliable and affordable. We will definitely use her again.May 19, 2017VerifiedHappy Tailz PetCare's reply
Thank you so much!! I love Hakuna & Matata; they were a lot of fun :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My CE is meeting new animals and their owners; fun stuff!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?It was decided for me when my housecleaning customers asked me to take care of their animals while they were gone. Ok, I did have a little say... It was a match made in heaven since I love animals!
- What types of customers have you worked with? Most common request is 3 visits a day. Typically 2 are feeding and 1 is walking.
