I was having issues with my dryer heating properly. A repairman determined that the issue was not the dryer itself, but possibly the outlet, based on the power cord damage discovered. Though I am a DIYer and felt as though I could replace the outlet , I was concerned that it was a more serious wiring issue. I called Ray at T.H.A.S. and explained the issue. He agreed to come out and take a look. He was very thorough and found that the issue was not the wiring itself, but a loose screw in the fuse box that led to the issue. He said that because I could replace the cord and the outlet myself, he would give me the option to repair it myself if I would like. He talked me through how I would make the connections and made me feel comfortable in doing so. He even suggested I send him pictures as I made repairs to ensure they were done correctly before reconnecting the power, which I did. To top it off, he did not even charge me for the visit though I tried to insist he be compensated for his time. I have never experienced that level of professionalism and integrity from a repairman. I recommend him highly and without reservation.

Ray came to our house to go over our kitchen plans. He was very professional and knew coding and specs. He brought cabinet samples and helped us decide on the appropriate layout. Very thorough! We will also be using him for popcorn ceiling removal and bathroom updates.
