Introduction: Welcome to my page, I'm Joshua Lizama, owner of Zama Renovations. I'm the 3rd generation of carpenters in my family after my grandfather and dad. After 10 years as a carpenter, 7 of which were in Manhattan, I've decided to start my own handyman business here in the Charlotte North Carolina area. Joshua installed a fence for my sister and painted her home as well as my aunts home. I would say the one thing that sets him apart from other handyman that I've seen is he's EXTREMELY maticulous about his work. For each project I’ve seen him do he’s very clean, detail oriented and quite frankly a perfectionist. If I wasn’t renting my home, I’d hire him as well! However I did want to write a review to show my support and appreciation for his work. Wishing him much luck in moving his business to the Charlotte North Carolina area.

Joshua is a gem to work with, he does awesome work, arrives on time and when done he cleans up after himself. Josh has installed ceiling fans, put up shelves, mounted brackets for our TV’s made a mantel for our fireplace, spackle and painted our bedroom, we are very impressed with his work ethic and will definitely hire him again. His prices are reasonable. Very satisfied with his work. great 👍 👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nikki: Joshua/Zama Renovations was a joy to work with! Joshua was fairly priced, quickly responded to outreach, arrived when he said he would and even cleaned up after himself when the job was done. After working with several other contractors/craftsman that we were less than happy with, he was a breath of fresh air. Joshua found and corrected the source of some leaking in our bathroom shower (that had been newly installed but incorrectly), did some dry-walling, painting, and installed ceiling fans as well as some outdoor light fixtures for us. Quality work at a great price with projects completed on time and as promised. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I needed help renovating our bathroom floor. Joshua really exceeded our expectations. He was on time, clean, professional, worked in a timely manner not a rushed job. I was shocked on how much work he finished at the end of each work day. We are thankful for his service because he gave a quote right away and was able to start immediately and with a fair price. We will use his services in the near future and definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great service with a fair price.

First, I would include responsiveness and punctuality, but it only allows 3. I called Josh so close to Thanksgiving with a project that needed to be done asap. He not only came over immediately, he did the job in my kitchen promptly, professionally, and he put such great care into his craft. He really cares about his work and making the client happy. If your looking for a handyman in north carolina, I would recommend him hands down.
