Alissa and I connected really well. I found her on thumbtac. She is very communitive and kind. We had a phone interview and I asked her to meet us on the property to discuss the vision she had for staging the house. Everything was beautiful and added a homey touch to the property, which sold within two weeks. She has her own supplies, materials and movers. I value transparency and when there was a very very small accident, she called me immediately to discuss the issue and how to resolve it, even when I was out of the country. She has a great eye and I look forward to using her again for additional homes we develop :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing includes delivery, installation and pickup, and furniture rental for a period of time agreed upon (generally 1-2 months) Monthly furniture rental applies for additional months needed. I do require payment up front to reserve inventory and to shop.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial phone call to discuss timeline and iron out any Q&As. Then we will meet at the property and discuss rooms to be addressed, etc. Finally we'll agree on an installation date and settle payment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I love working with real estate agents and real estate investors. I like these customers because I believe so much of business is built on relationships. Working with them time and time again I get to know, help, and appreciate the individual! I also really just love helping people. So if you have a family or an urgent need to move your property quickly I truly appreciate making lives easier during SUCH a stressful time.
