Our pricing is competitive and fair, based on the size of the home and the type of service requested. We occasionally offer discounts, including a referral discount of 20% off when a new customer is referred. Any additional services or special requests are discussed and approved in advance to ensure full transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respond to new leads in record time to ensure quick and clear communication. We start by understanding the customer’s needs through Thumbtack messages or a brief consultation. Based on the information provided, we give a clear estimate and explain what is included in the service. On the day of the cleaning, our team arrives on time, completes the service with attention to detail, and reviews the work with the customer to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in professional residential cleaning and organizing techniques, including standard and deep cleaning services. In addition, our team participates in internal training every three months to align expectations, review procedures, and address any questions. This ongoing training helps us maintain consistent quality, professionalism, and high service standards for every customer.
