Alex was very very prompt in his reply not only to my inquiry but to subsequent responses. Excellent communication. He started off with a text to my cell phone within 5 minutes of my inquiry. He was able to come the same day which was great and he got the work done quickly. Him and his associate removed 2 big recliner sofas and some bulk garbage in a matter of minutes. I would definitely hire him again if I need another job done. 10/10.
