Derrick was very pleasant to work with and he did a great job fabricating my project. I recommend him and I will call him again when I have need of more metalwork! (I tried to include a couple of photos but given the unique part, it wasn't possible to get a photo that shows the workmanship. He did it well!)

We had a small welding job, and I saw the wonderful reviews of Derrick and DM Fab on Thumbtack. We took our wrought iron chair up to him, and he welded the broken slat quickly and professionally. Derrick was friendly and professional in person and in his responses to me on-line. We would highly recommend him for welding jobs large or small.

Derrick was very helpful. My job was small be he went to extra mile to make sure he understood the job completely and even helped get plates and stamping that saved me a step. He was very communicative and gave me a call when heading my way - just the time he said (I’m sure he would have called as well if he were delayed). It seems like a small thing but as I’ve hired contractors I’m finding out it’s a somewhat rare courtesy these days. Derrick was pleasant upon arrival and reviewed what he was going to do, then got the job done good and fast (as I said it wasn’t a very big job). We chatted for a bit after he finished and enjoyed getting to know a little about him as well. Derrick is an all around good guy, I will definitely be using his services again - if needed.
