Punchys did a phenomenal job on my Volkswagen and was exactly what I was looking for. Convenient, quality service, fair price.The experience from booking to payment was clear and professional. Their website is easy to use and booking was straightforward. I booked 5 days out and received a confirmation and request for address of service. They gave me a heads up 45 mins before my appt that they were running 30 mins over on the previous job, and asked if that still worked for my schedule, which was no problem for me. They sent a text when en route and when they arrived (didnt just ring my doorbell which I personally appreciate with two dogs).My 2018 GTI looks like it did the day I bought it! David took his time and it shows. He gave me some tips for how I can maintain the detail as long as possible, and told me about a maintenance service they offer to keep in shape as well. I appreciate that he gave both options and I will be using Punchys going forward.Overall, my experience with Punchys was with a pleasant and friendly professional who takes a lot of pride in what they do.
