I booked a cooking class with Chef Deitrick and it was an awesome experience. I've always wanted to cook risotto but it never turned out right. Chef Deitrick made it so easy. He was patient and professional and walked me through every step. I can't wait to show off my new skills to my friends!

Pete is extremely talented, has refined tastes, and fun to be around as well. I was extremely impressed by his ability to turn simple ingredients into a five star dish. No matter what your budget this man can whip together one of the best meals you’ve ever had. At my event he was a master at the grill, and served one of the best beer can chickens I’ve ever had.

Cooking is like parallel parking, you either got it or you don’t. Peter’s got it. Delicious flavors, fresh takes and familiar classics. I wish he could cook all our meals!
