With over 20 years of culinary experience — including more than a decade in New York City — Chef Deitrick’s background spans luxury hotels, acclaimed restaurants, private celebrity clientele, and highly personalized catering experiences. Following his education at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, he continued his culinary training throughout France, London, and Mexico, shaping an approach rooted in intentional hospitality and globally inspired cuisine. In 2021, Chef Deitrick’s New York restaurant was featured by Forbes as an emerging culinary destination.
