- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Steel doors are often more expensive than wood or aluminum alternatives, and for good reason. Their strength and durability will outlast other materials. Typical replacement costs for double doors begin around $10,000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a consultation to discuss your project, hosting you in our showroom to discuss design options or discussing at your home. From there we will send our installers to get verified measurements so we can begin building your custom door. Once it's ready we will contact you to schedule the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years in business. Our team consists of previous custom home builders, sales professionals, and craftsmen who have been trained and worked with us for over a decade.
