⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS — HIGHLY RECOMMEND GALEANO MOVING!
I cannot say enough great things about Galeano Moving! They truly came through for me when I needed help the most, and I will forever be grateful for their hard work, professionalism, patience, and determination.
I needed help finishing my move at the last minute, and they were extremely responsive and willing to help. They showed up on time, ready to work, and committed to getting the job done!
When we arrived at my storage unit, we discovered that the movers I had hired previously had done a TERRIBLE job stacking and organizing everything. After loading an already pretty full truck, I was initially told that they might only be able to fit about seven more totes. I immediately started freaking out because I couldn’t believe it! It was already late, I had to return the truck the following morning, and I had no idea what I was going to do with everything that was left.
But Galeano Moving worked their magic!
Instead of giving up or telling me it couldn’t be done, they started taking things out, rearranging, reorganizing, and figuring out how to maximize every bit of space. Somehow, they made EVERYTHING FIT! I was soooo impressed! Their experience, knowledge, problem-solving skills, and determination were incredible to watch.
What impressed me just as much as their work was how they treated me throughout the entire process. They were both very nice, polite, patient, understanding, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. They could see how stressed I was, and instead of making the situation worse, they remained calm and committed to showing me how the job was supposed to be done the RIGHT way!
We didn’t finish until almost 12:30 in the morning, and after all of that hard work, they STILL returned to the house and helped with junk removal! That level of dedication and customer service is hard to find.
Galeano Moving went above and beyond my expectations. They took what felt like an impossible and extremely stressful situation and found a way to make it work. Their effort, hard work, compassion, professionalism, and determination meant more to me than they probably realize.
I will forever be grateful for how they showed up for me that night. I would absolutely recommend Galeano Moving to anyone who needs dependable, hardworking, knowledgeable movers who genuinely care about getting the job done properly.
Thank you, Galeano Moving, for coming through when I needed you the most! You have definitely earned a loyal customer, and I will absolutely use your services again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
