- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service pricing starts at $295, with most projects falling into one of these ranges: ➡️ Half-Day Reset — $295 · up to 4 hours A focused reset for a smaller garage, one problem area, or a clearly defined list of priorities. Includes hands-on organization, space planning, light assembly, labeling, and simple storage installation where the scope allows. ➡️ The Saturday Reboot — typically $595–$795 · up to one full Saturday Our signature one-day transformation. We agree on the scope beforehand, then spend the day resetting the space, organizing what stays, assembling storage, and completing practical installation so your garage works better when we leave. ➡️ Weekend Reboot — typically $995–$1,295 · Saturday + Sunday For larger or more involved garages that need additional sorting, assembly, installation, or a second workday to complete the agreed transformation. ⚠️ Materials are separate from the service fee. We start with what you already own whenever practical, recommend affordable additions only where they help, and agree on any purchases before the project. If the scope changes once work begins, we’ll discuss it with you before adding time or cost—no surprise hourly meter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1️⃣ It starts with photos. I ask you to show me the garage from multiple angles. 2️⃣ Tell me what’s not working, and share what you’d like the space to do better. 3️⃣ Identify anything in the photos that should be excluded from the project. 4️⃣ From there, I review the layout, storage needs, assembly or installation requirements, and any materials we may need. If additional shelving, bins, hooks, cabinets, or hardware are recommended, we agree on the shopping list before the project. 5️⃣ Once the scope is clear, I provide a service quote and confirm your project date. On the workday, the process is simple: Reset. Organize. Reclaim. 🗓️ The goal of a Saturday Reboot is to complete the agreed transformation in one focused day or weekend. If the scope is larger and may require additional time, we’ll discuss that as early as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
📐 My work combines practical space planning, hands-on organization, storage-system assembly, wall-mounted storage, work-zone planning, and light installation. 📍 I also put a lot of emphasis on project planning before the workday — understanding the space, defining the scope, identifying materials, and sequencing the work so the project can move efficiently once I arrive. 📦 Garage Revisited focuses specifically on organization, assembly, and practical storage installation. Our work includes garage organization, assembling shelving and cabinets, and installing wall-mounted shelving/hooks/pegboard/storage systems. 🛑 NOT INCLUDED: Electrical, plumbing, structural work, garage-door repair, and other specialized trades are outside our scope and should be handled by the appropriate licensed professional. Donation pickup and junk hauling need separate arrangements. Reputable recommendations upon request.
