- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest, straightforward pricing with no pressure or unnecessary upselling. Every house is different, so we start by inspecting the property and recommending the solution that actually makes sense—whether that's a simple repair or replacement. We provide clear estimates before work begins so you know exactly what you're paying for. Our goal is to help you make the best decision for your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with learning what you need help with. Photos are often helpful for smaller repairs, or we can schedule a visit when needed. Once we understand the project, we’ll provide a clear scope and estimate. After approval, we schedule the work, complete the repair, clean up the work area, and make sure everything is taken care of properly. Our goal is to make home repairs as simple and stress-free as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mitten & Company has more than 30 years of combined experience in residential construction, repairs and exterior maintenance. We are a licensed Unlimited General Contractor and our team has hands-on experience with roofing, siding, fascia and soffit, gutters, drywall, trim, exterior repairs, water-intrusion issues and general home maintenance. Having experience across multiple trades helps us identify the source of a problem instead of simply covering up what you can see.
