Mitten & Company was dispatched to my home via my HOA to address an ongoing issue with my roof. The third company to be sent out. Not only did their identify the issues that the other companies could not, but he fixed them promptly and efficiently. Would highly recommend Mitten & Company for any repairs and maintenance needs.

This company is my HOAs contractor but I have used them for personal jobs on our property as well. They have done a ton of work on our building and a few jobs for us personally. They are very professional and do excellent work in a timely manner

Mitten and Company has been a great partner of The Arlington Pink Building for 4 years. They have replaced all of our roofing. Also replaced storm drains and diagnosed multiple issues with leaks. I have also referred them to replace and repair our Churchs roofs. Incredible company and family owned

We provide clear estimates before work begins so you know exactly what you're paying for. Our goal is to help you make the best decision for your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with learning what you need help with. Photos are often helpful for smaller repairs, or we can schedule a visit when needed. Once we understand the project, we’ll provide a clear scope and estimate. After approval, we schedule the work, complete the repair, clean up the work area, and make sure everything is taken care of properly. Our goal is to make home repairs as simple and stress-free as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mitten & Company has more than 30 years of combined experience in residential construction, repairs and exterior maintenance. We are a licensed Unlimited General Contractor and our team has hands-on experience with roofing, siding, fascia and soffit, gutters, drywall, trim, exterior repairs, water-intrusion issues and general home maintenance. Having experience across multiple trades helps us identify the source of a problem instead of simply covering up what you can see.
