We used Steele Restoration to replace our roof and gutters. Special thanks to Ethan Thomas for thoroughly inspecting our roof and coordinating with the insurance inspectors. Even though we ran into some difficulties and pushback from the insurance company along the way, he was extremely patient and helped us work through the issues again and again. He provided excellent service every step of the way and was incredibly patient in answering our many questions. Highly recommend!

Words can’t fully express how grateful I am for this company and their amazing team. If you’re struggling with your insurance company to get a full roof replacement — look no further!
For 15 months, Steele Restoration (especially Andrew and Joanne) went above and beyond, tirelessly advocating for me with my insurance company, inspectors, and contractors. They never gave up, and today I’m thrilled to say — I have a brand-new roof!
Their dedication, communication, and customer service are truly second to none. I highly recommend Steele Restoration to anyone looking for a superior contractor who will fight for them every step of the way.

We had an outstanding experience with Steele Restoration. From start to finish, their team was extremely helpful and professional. Ethan, Joanne, and Claire guided us through the entire process and really went above and beyond. While our homeowners insurance company wasn’t very efficient, the Steele team worked tirelessly on our behalf to make sure everything was handled smoothly.
They even helped us choose the perfect roof color, and it looks fantastic! Installation day was seamless—the crew was efficient, respectful, and made the whole process easy for us. They took great care to protect our landscaping and pool, and the cleanup afterward was excellent.
We couldn’t be happier with the results. If you’re looking for a roofing company that is professional, attentive, and truly cares about their customers, I would highly recommend Steele Restoration.
