Tito's Home and Tech Services is a handyman and smart home shop in south Charlotte, working for homeowners, landlords, Airbnb owners and property managers.
I take the jobs that pile up on your list: TV and shelf mounting, furniture assembly, blinds, faucets and showerheads, garbage disposals, ceiling fans and light fixtures, smoke detectors and sticking doors.
My specialty is the tech. Smart thermostats, video doorbells, cameras and smart lighting get installed, connected to your Wi-Fi and working on your phone before I leave.
Most jobs are quoted at a set price and finished in one visit, so you know the cost before I start. I text photos as I work.

Five stars! I was in dire need of a handyman in South Charlotte. Tito did an exceptional job helping me convert my Extra bedroom into full blown gaming room. He helped build a custom PC for my racing simulator and now I feel like I'm in NASCAR!
Tito’s Home and Tech Services's reply
Hey Giann, I appreciate the review and I'm glad you are loving your PC build. Definitely let me know if you need a new PC build in the future!
I would be happy to source those harder to find parts and put the build together for you.

Tito has been a great go to person for any needs we have in our home. He has replaced fixtures, mounted tvs in the wall, assembled furniture and made our house a smart house with several decides installed including cameras and door bell. His rate is affordable, his schedule has been flexible and things get done fast without needing any follow ups. I highly recommend for anyone in South Charlotte and fort mill area needing a handyman.

I've worked with Tito a few times and he always shows up, even on short notices. Had no complains so far on his work and his rate is very reasonable. Definitely recommend
