What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 3 distinctive packages:
1. 15 HDR images for $75 (suitable for homes/apartments under 1,500 sq.ft.).
2. 25 HDR images for $125 (suitable for larger homes or 2-3 apartment units).
3. 40 HDR images for $200 (Perfect for large scale properties or apartment complexes).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will communicate via email or text prior to our scheduled shoot. My first step is to understand your desire and scope of work. I generally inquire about the location, size and square footage of the property and curate a package that will meet your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years of experience shooting photography in various fields. I also have 6 years of ongoing experience in the Real Estate and Property Management field which sets me apart in the Real Estate Photography space.
