Tentmakers Electric did a great job hooking up our new hot tub. They ran new 220V wiring through our crawlspace, modified our circuit breaker panel to add a dedicated 50A breaker, installed the local outdoor disconnect sub-panel that came with the hot tub and connecting the wiring into the tub itself. They were very flexible with running the wiring per our requests to keep things as hidden/clean as possible and were great with communication both ahead of time and during the installation day. Their price was very competitive with 2 other companies who quoted the same work. We would definitely recommend them!

We had a great experience with tentmakers. They were incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. We had them install a subpanel in our detached garage which had to connect to our main panel on the other side of our house. They hooked up our space heater and installed an outlet. There were all very kind and professional when they showed up. They did great work, our heater, sub panel and outlet have been working wonderfully.

I needed an upgrade to my house power panel from 150a to 200a. Tentmakers responded in just minutes to my request and worked with me to understand the issues with my existing panel and if an upgrade was really necessary. They gave me a very reasonable estimate to do the upgrade and were able to schedule and complete the work within a week. We provide free estimates for most installation and upgrade projects. For troubleshooting and diagnostic service calls, our standard service fee is $149, which includes up to 30 minutes of diagnosis and minor repairs when possible.
We believe in upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. If an estimate is outside your budget, let us know—we’re often able to recommend alternative solutions or adjust the scope of work while maintaining safety and code compliance.
Financing is available on qualifying projects.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We take the time to understand your project, concerns, and goals.
2. We’ll ask a few questions (and request photos when helpful) to determine the best solution.
3. In many cases, we can provide a free estimate remotely. If troubleshooting or an onsite evaluation is needed, we’ll schedule a convenient appointment.
4. You’ll receive a detailed written estimate by email and text with clear pricing and scope of work.
5. Once approved, we’ll schedule your project, communicate throughout the process, and complete the work professionally with respect for your home or business.
