Lori and her team did a good job cleaning my home. They showed up earlier than they said they would, but called first to make sure it was ok, and did a very thorough move-out cleaning. The price was great and I was glad I didn’t have to worry about it and could focus on my new house. I would hire them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we start and you want us to do an initial clean it is a little more than the routine cleaning. After that the routine clean price will stay the same. If you go once a week, it's 50% off. Every two weeks is 25% off. Once a month is the whole price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually the first time clean we do an "initial clean" which is detailing the house top to bottom. Cleaning baseboards and interior windows, doors and door frames. After that we will maintain them and do routine cleaning.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do the research on the company or person. If they offer you references take them. If they want to give you an in person quote, let them that way you can get to know who they are.
