Mr. Delgado had come in to repair a leak in my ceiling after at least 3 other contractors attempted to do so. First, he found the actual leak, it was a difficult spot to repair around ductwork, etc. Then he expertly came up with a solution no one else seemed to consider. Finally, he made the repair and did a beautiful job with the finish work. After living for months with holes in my ceiling and pans on the floor, and then a truly atrocious finishing job, Mr. Delgado made my home livable again. I can't express how impressed and grateful I am for his work. On top of everything else he worked quickly and efficiently, which was so appreciated given all the disruptions and stress the previous "workmen" caused. His prices are more than fair and reasonable!
