Jeanine was late for both dropping off and picking up the tower. She neglected to tell me how much time she needed to set up. Several of the balloons were inflated part way but since they were tan colored it left a spot that looked like nipples. She used a huge wooden board for the sign when I told her any sign with the words would be fine. This made it difficult to deliver. The words on the board were not straight.
