We are a residential only HVAC company serving the triangle and surrounding areas. At Parker and Company Heating and Air, we don’t believe in just going on service calls, or selling you the next hot item for your system. Instead, our goal is to create relationships with all of our clients. We say the word client, because of the relationship we aim to create. How many times has someone estimated a repair or replacement, and you have had the feeling that you could be getting taken advantage of? Because of this, we aim to be as transparent as possible and welcome the questions. Our goal is to sell you what you need, advise you on truth, and ensure the health of one of your most expensive components, for one of your largest investments, your home!

Patrick and his team were exceptional! I contacted them around 2:30 PM about our issues, and by 4:00 PM, they were at our residence. By 4:30 PM, everything was completely fixed. They were kind, professional, and extremely fair. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. I also appreciated that there were no weekend fees. Great company!

They were at my home within an hour of my call with a super knowledgeable and personable technician one of the company owners who was there to make sure I received stellar customer service.Hvac issues are seldom inexpensive to resolve but the tech offered me several solutions and helped me make a decision that was both informed and comfortable within my budget.I highly recommend them! A veteran owned small business, with a large understanding of how to grow a customer focused service business!
