The technician was very professional. He explained everything and was able to fix my unit in a timely manner. My unit problem was a faulty heat strip, and they were able to get warranty coverage for parts, and I paid only for labor.

Frost Fire heating was super fast in reaching out and setting up the appointment. Great communication on arrival time. Issue was identified very quickly. Technician was very knowledgeable. My issue was fixed, however when I researched a little bit more about the fix, I believe the charges were very high for the work performed. I had a damper and capacitor changed. Costed $675. Parts cost was ~$175, so paid $500 in labor! I understand the cost is not just labour but skills as well, however a small YouTube video showed how quickly a capacitor can be swapped. Overall great service but very expensive.
