extremely regarded and professional in work. came in and fixed the air conditioner, but had to return to solve another issue. I was pleased to see that they have a 90-day warranty. fixed the prior AC repairer’s mistake. Excellent client support. I would recommend it for heating and cooling needs.

Our AC broke on a Thursday evening, I reached out frantically to any place I could fine on Friday early morning. I sent a message to Frost Fire Heating and Cooling before 7am and within minutes he called me to schedule a time to come out. Every other place told me they were booked for days, but he came out 3 hours later and fixed our AC within minutes. I appreciated his responsiveness, availability, and professionalism. He even took time to check to make sure it was all working and our vents looked okay before leaving and gave me a few tips. I will hire him again and recommend him. No other company was as quick as he was and, in over 90 degree heat, that’s extra important!

I had an issue with my ac. Not only did I get a response on Sunday night, he came on Monday and had everything fixed and working by Monday afternoon. Very fast and professional and shared information and let me things to watch out for in the future. Would absolutely hire again and recommend them to others.
