- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I collect as much information about the issue as possible. Assure the customer I will find the most efficient solution for the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Apple, and Samsung certified. As well as trained in the ITIL service solutions framework.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally began exploring and experimenting with my personal computer at home. I was later hired by my college IT department, as a lab technician; providing technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
