- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I really need to see the project in order to give an exact price. My rate ranges from $20 to $40 per hour depending on the complexity of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them to see what they are looking to do. Then I give them additional ideas if requested. I alway want to have a clear process of what will be the steps I will follow to completing the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in construction and have my construction supervisor license.
