Our technician, Jimmy, did a wonderful job. He was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and actually seemed to take pride and joy in his profession. Jimmy was hired to clean out our dryer vent. After telling Jimmy that our daughters heard birds near their bedrooms this past spring, he inspected the bathroom vent. Sure enough, that was where the birds had entered. The birds tore through the flex foil duct and had been roosting in the attic. Jimmy cleaned out all the nests and replaced the flex foil vent. He also installed bird guards over the vents around the house. Some of those vents were quite high, over 2 stories, and I had neither the ladder nor the desire to climb that high! Jimmy was thorough, patiently listened to our concerns, and took pride in the services he provided. Hopefully, with the bird guards installed, there will not be any more migration of birds to the duct work of my attic. All of that chirping and stomping at all hours of the day and night, disturbing my daughters, quite frankly, IS FOR THE BIRDS! ( Sorry, I had to throw in a DAD joke for my girls 😜! ) On a serious note, we will not hesitate to recommend Jimmy's services to anyone! He does 🪺cellent work! (Okay, I'm done! )

They were excellent with communication and arrived a bit early for our appointment. They quickly diagnosed that there was water accumulated in the dryer vent hose and replaced it. They found that a bird had made a nest in the vent and cleaned that out and then cleaned the whole vent to get a ton of lint out. We will likely use them in the future for a whole home hvac duct clean out. Excellent company to deal with!

Jimmy did a great job cleaning our vents/ducts. He explained the overall process & shared pictures of the inside of our vents/ducts before the cleaning and after it was complete. He was on time for the appointment and very personable. Will definitely use him in the future.

Jimmy was amazing. Highly recommend him. He fixed our dryer problem by installing a shorter vent to the dryer. This is a brand new dryer and the vent was squished so that there was no air flowing freely. The installers, pushed the machine back too far and used a long vent.He also cleaned the outside vent. He was very accommodating, friendly, reliable, professional and knowledgeable.
