I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for Martin, the service representative who worked on my HVAC system. He did an outstanding job connecting it to the generator. However, I faced a bit of a challenge when I discovered that my downstairs HVAC had not been connected during the initial installation by a different service rep. I purchased the generator from Lowe's, but CMC installed it. While Martin was able to fix the issue, I was disappointed to learn that CMC required me to cover the cost for the correction. I felt that this approach could have been more understanding, especially considering my responsibilities in caring for an elderly relative. Unfortunately, I felt I had no choice but to go along with it.

We employ "Upfront Pricing". We give a firm quote before we start any work and we will never try to increase the cost. We feel this is the best way to business and give our clients peace of mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a call, text, or message. Schedule a convenient time fo rus to come to site or do a virtual quote and then we provide a firm quote and can start the work today or if a larger project schedule a convenient start time with the client.
