- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We employ "Upfront Pricing". We give a firm quote before we start any work and we will never try to increase the cost. We feel this is the best way to business and give our clients peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a call, text, or message. Schedule a convenient time fo rus to come to site or do a virtual quote and then we provide a firm quote and can start the work today or if a larger project schedule a convenient start time with the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
