Troy is very personable and knowledgeable and really wants to fix the problem. Other people will simply do something that seems to work but will not take the time to test it. Troy took the time which paid off and he was able to make sure that the light fixture functioned properly. If I need anything electrical fixed, I will definitely call CMC Electric and ask for Troy to take care of the problem.CMC is fortunate to have Troy. BTW I am an 83 year old woman and know good workers from not so good ones.
CMC Electric's reply

DJ was our electrician and did a great job with the electrical work we ordered. This included installation of an EV charger, whole house surge protector and a new 20 amp outlet in the garage. The office kept us informed of expectations and delivered on those. City inspector approved the work readily.
CMC Electric's reply
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that DJ provided great service and that you were satisfied with the electrical work. It's fantastic to know that our office team kept you informed throughout the process and that the installation passed inspection. Your support is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to assisting you with any future electrical needs.

Troy did a great job with the electrical problems at our home in the triangle. He also explained everything before and after the work. His professionalism was top tier. May I add that he also wore shoe covers in our house. We were impressed and will be using CMC for our future electrical needs. Thank you Troy!
CMC Electric's reply

Honestly is the best policy.....The electrician that came to my house to check continuous circuit breaker cut issue on my 2nd floor said that he didn't see any high power draw issues that would cause my upstairs circuit breaker to constantly trip, so he replaced an outlet that "may" have caused the issue and charged me close to $300 for the inspection. Same day he left my circuit tripped again, and the company stated that they'd send him back again a few days later, but of course if the issue wasn't related to the changed outlet, I would be charged again. I did a simple Google search and learned that the circuit breaker that I had (Siemens) was known to falsely trip, so I went to Lowes and purchased the upgraded model for $60, and installed it myself Guess what? 5 days later and not one circuit trip since then. I'd expect a professional electrician to have known of the breaker brand issue and start with recommending to replace that first, instead of doing a quick money grab to get me to pay, and then have a tech come back out so that I can pay again.
