I hired Bleu Volt to hang some ceiling fans in bedrooms and some lights outside my home. They were very responsive, showed up when they said they would, professional, clean and all around did a great job. I also felt like the pricing was very fair. I had a broken doorbell, and Adel did indeed fix it. He asked for a good review, which I provided. 2 weeks later, the doorbell is broken again. No problem, this happens sometimes, but the expectation is the contractor OWNS it, and comes back to review the work they did and if it was shoddy/rushed or is a deeper issue. I sent Adel a message on Thumbtack on Monday, a second message on Tuesday, called him Wednesday, called him Thursday, texted Friday and again the following Monday and just.....no answer (and, of course, no voicemail set up either). It's not an urgent issue, and I would have been flexible in letting him swing by at a time that was convenient for him when he had another job nearby. What is NOT OK is complete and utter radio silence and 0 communication with the customer. Would not recommend.
