Denise was on time, courteous, and patient with our annoying problem, which was blinds that were difficult to hang. Despite our best efforts, the ones we put up kept falling down. Denise seems to have solved the problem - so far, so good. She is personally pleasant and well organized, someone I definitely want to work with in the future.
