My technician, Steve, was very prompt. He came out on the same day as my call, diagnosed my problem quickly, and ordered the part immediately. He was also responsive to my texts asking for updates on the delivery of the part, and came to do the installation of the new part the very next morning after it arrived. I highly recommend!
