Patrick gave me a great price and moved me up on his schedule to accommodate my timeline. He insulated the floor of my 14x20 workshop with R19 plus a vapor barrier. The work was fantastic and Patrick was quick, responsive and addressed my concerns. Hire this guy, you won't regret it.

Patrick did an amazing job with our attic crawl space! There was removal of old insulation after a racoon invasion of the attic, so it was a difficult job. He was very professional and courteous. Also, he communicated with us frequently, which helped us. We are very pleased with the work and now have new insulation that will help energy efficiency. I would highly recommend Patrick to any home owner.

Last May we replaced our HVAC system and duct work. We noticed a ton of rust on the old duct work that came out of the crawl space, coupled with continued sweating from HVAC ducts causing small puddles to accumulate during warmer months. The original vapor barrier was in bad shape and there was also the beginnings of mold build up on some of the floor joists. We did our fair share of research, and know others that had similar work done in recent months with comparable equipment. After reading several great reviews about Cleaner Crawl Space, we decided to have CCS replace our vapor barrier (used 12mm), install a dehumidifier ( Santa Fe) seal up foundation vents, and very minor mold remediation. The installation team was extremely professional, completed the work in one day, and came back the following week to adjust one sealed area that needed a little touch up. I highly recommend this company. Patrick and team were a pleasure to deal with.
