I price according to job and type of property. I can provide affordable solutions or I can estimate complete renovations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starts with a phone call. Next usually entails an inperson estimate. If agreed upon then work is done, and upon customer satisfaction, work is paid for. I work alone so the customer will only deal with me from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years work experience. Property Management Maintenance for last seven years.
