Brian Ricci of Carolina Smart Home Solutions arrived right in time. He was friendly and respective and walked me through what he would be testing. He noticed right away that I had Google equipment that is outdated and suggested, pending further evaluation, that I contact Google for an updated Google fiber jack (and that the send it with a technician to install it). After spending 2 hours fixing some wiring issues and back hauling 2 of the Google mesh routers, he made sure everything was working. So far, the work he did has shown improvements, but told me to reach out to him if I still had issues. I wholeheartedly would recommend him.

Brian installed a ring doorbell camera and ring floodlight on my patio. He made suggestions and sent pictures on which products he thought would be best considering my needs. I would use four P’s to describe Brian. Patient, personably, professional and punctual. He tested the equipment several times to ensure we understood how to operate the different functions.
