Brian was amazing! He was nice, accommodating, knowledgeable, punctual, patient and willing to take the time to make sure that our burglar alarms were installed properly.
He was very familiar with this particular brand and even stayed on hold with customer service to get issues resolved. Highly recommend! So glad we didn’t choose to go with the default company the alarm manufacturer uses for installation.
