Excellent service, excellent communication, from Robert. He is on top of the new technologies now available. They updated all of the older co-ax wall connections, ran new CAT6E cable where needed Installed new Ethernet switch, tested all. All of this was done to accommodate our recent upgrade to the Google Fiber 2gb plan. This home is now set up on both floors for wired and wireless internet, and streaming of video and audio, at the google fiber performance speeds. Has speeded up our workflow from our home office. Brian did an awesome job installing an Ethernet cable from a smart box, running it under the house from a smart box and putting in a new outlet. He was efficient and professional, and he responded to my request for help within minutes and came on time the following morning. Very well versed in network issues and it was a job very well done

Brian did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Brian went above and beyond even installing a wall plate for the ethernet cable to plug into making it look very clean. I now have the best ultrafast Internet ever!!!! I highly recommend Brian.

We had an amazing experience with Carolina SmartHome Solution. Very responsive to messaging, quickly able to come assess our home for our networking needs. We needed additional ethernet ports run to each bedroom as we are a family of high volume data usage. The work is done very neatly and is visually appealing. Contacted on Sunday and work was completed by Tuesday evening. Would definitely hire again!
